Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and tags are included before sealing it in a protective shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package to ensure safe transit back to our workshop.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
